Tiko Terms of Service

- Harassment, bullying, hate speech, threats, and defamation.
- Uploading or sharing illegal content, pornography, or Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) content.
- Impersonation, spam, scams, or fraudulent activities.
2.3 Reporting Violations
- Users can report misconduct or policy violations using in-app tools.
- Verified violations may result in warnings, content removal, account suspension, or permanent bans.
2.4 Enforcement
- Tiko reserves the right to remove content or restrict accounts to maintain safety.
- Severe violations, including CSAE, will be reported to authorities immediately.
3. User-Generated Content (UGC)
3.1 Ownership
- Users retain ownership of content they upload.
- By posting content, you grant Tiko a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute content for operating and improving the service.
3.2 Content Moderation
- Tiko may review content via automated systems or human moderators.
- Content violating laws or Tiko policies may be removed or restricted.
3.3 Prohibited UGC
- Violent, sexually explicit, harmful, or illegal content.
- CSAE content is strictly prohibited and leads to immediate account termination and reporting.
3.4 Responsibility
- Users are solely responsible for content they create, post, or share.
- Tiko is not liable for user-generated content but may enforce policies to protect the community.
4. Payment and Subscriptions
4.1 Purchases
- Certain features, subscriptions, or virtual goods may require payment.
- Payments are processed through third-party app stores or authorized payment providers.
4.2 Refunds
- Refunds are subject to app store policies or Tiko’s service agreements.
- Subscription cancellations prevent future charges but do not automatically refund past payments unless required.
4.3 User Account Balance
- Virtual currencies or credits purchased are non-transferable and non-refundable unless required by law.
4.4 Taxes
- Users are responsible for applicable taxes on transactions.
4.5 Third-Party Services
- Payment providers may collect limited information per their own privacy policies.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Tiko Intellectual Property
- All app content, logos, trademarks, software, and design elements are owned by Tiko or its licensors.
- Users may not copy, modify, or redistribute Tiko IP without permission.
5.2 User Content IP
- Users retain IP ownership of their content, subject to the license granted to Tiko.
- Users must not upload content infringing third-party IP rights.
5.3 DMCA and Copyright Claims
- Tiko complies with copyright laws and processes takedown notices.
- Users may submit counter-notifications if content removal was mistaken.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 Service Availability
- Tiko does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access.
- We may suspend services temporarily for maintenance or safety.
6.2 No Warranty
- Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
6.3 User Responsibility
- Users bear responsibility for interactions, content, and transactions on the platform.
6.4 Maximum Liability
- To the extent permitted by law, Tiko’s liability is limited to direct damages resulting from gross negligence or willful misconduct.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
7.1 Compliance
- Tiko processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, applicable data protection laws, and industry best practices.
- By using the service, you consent to such processing.

13. Account Termination and Suspension

- Tiko may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in illegal activity, or compromise community safety.
- Immediate termination applies for severe violations, including CSAE or other criminal conduct.
13.2 Voluntary Termination
- Users may deactivate or delete their accounts at any time via account settings.
- Termination does not automatically remove all content immediately; see UGC and Data Retention policies.
13.3 Effect of Termination
- Access to services, content, subscriptions, and virtual goods is revoked.
- Certain information may be retained to comply with legal obligations or prevent abuse.
14. Intellectual Property Rights
14.1 Tiko Ownership
- All app content, software, logos, and trademarks are the property of Tiko or its licensors.
- Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is prohibited.
14.2 User Content
- Users retain ownership of their UGC but grant Tiko a worldwide, royalty-free license to operate, display, and distribute content.
- Users must ensure their content does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
14.3 Copyright Claims
- Tiko respects copyright laws and processes DMCA takedown notices.
- Users may submit counter-notices if content removal was inaccurate.
15. Limitation of Liability
15.1 Service Availability
- Tiko does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
- Maintenance, technical issues, or external factors may cause temporary service disruption.
15.2 No Warranty
- Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
15.3 User Responsibility
- Users are responsible for interactions, transactions, and content within the platform.
- Tiko is not liable for damages resulting from user-generated content or third-party actions.
